职位描述：
Responsibility:
The functions have
been aimed at development, documentation, implementation, maintenance,
evaluation and improvement of the quality system within the framework of
the quality policy of LFF, in order to be able to carry out quality
processes within the organization in the effective and efficient way.
Further more, the functions are responsible to support Integrated
Production Teams with respect to all quality issues.
The function
holder reports hierarchically, functionally and operational to the Quality
manager
Tasks:
-To identify, define, document, implement and
assess the processes/procedures needed for the quality management system
throughout the organisation. .Periodically review, update the (re-) issue
procedure manual.
-To formulate quality related instruction and
procedures, including (incoming) inspection instructions.
-To
perform internal quality system/process audits to provide quality
assurance evidence that quality of processes, systems conforms to customer
requirement, report findings by writing quality report and
initiate/monitor corrective/preventive actions. To support external audits
by second party and third party to obtains required quality certificates.
-To evaluate, in close cooperation with MRB Elmo to deal with
nonconformities regarding materials, processes，and customer complaints
etc. Examining and analysing quality problems and making proposals for the
solution/improvement.
-Monthly report to holding company (FE
Hoogerheide) on behalf of Quality department LFF
-Take part in
Quality Action Group to analyse possible problems to improve quality
system.
-To support training activities by updating training
documents (in close cooperation with
Holding company) to make sure
that training is performed in an effective and efficient way. To drawing
up and give trainings in the field of quality techniques.
-To
assess contracts on quality requirements and make sure the requirement is
incorporated
into quality system.
-To perform supplier audits
on location of the supplier, evaluate and qualify suppliers.
Communicates with:
-All layers of the company concerning
contents, implementation and control of quality.
-External
agencies, supervision holders, customers, suppliers which requirements
must be satisfied.
Personnel requirement:
-University
level major in Electronic, electricity, mechanism, metrology
etc.
-Fluent English in writing, speaking, listening.
-At least 4
years broad practical experiences on quality filed
-Logistic concept is
preferred.

Co.Ltd is a Wholly Owned foreign Enterprise from Fokker Elmo, member of
Stork Group from the Netherlands.
Fokker Elmo is active in the design,
manufacturing and support of electrical systems in the markets of aircraft
and aircraft engines. Fokker Elmo (Langfang) is specialized in
manufacturing electrical systems like wire harnesses, power units,
junction boxes, switch assemblies, cockpit panels and associated equipment
for civil aircraft and aircraft engines for the benefit of both Chinese
and Western aerospace industries.
Our products are installed in the
following aircraft/engines:
Airbus A319/ A320/ A321, A340, A380, Boeing
747, Boeing 737, Canadair CRJ-700, Eurocopter EC135, Fokker 50/70/100,
Learjet 45, Raytheon Hawker Horizon, Rolls-Royce Trent 500.
Up to date
the total invested capital amounts to USD $ 6.000.000 and Today we have
260 employees. In the coming years we intend to grow, based on on-going
sales cases, to a total organization greater than 600 people with a
maximum production capacity greater than 840.000 man-hours. Currently
involved the GO program = Grow + Operation excellent as a vehicle for
